IEM - Resource Management
IEM Resource
IEM Resource Management adds additional functionality to the Resource card on the Jobs - and the Time Registration fasttab. Hoover over the field labels to see the Tooltip for an explanation.
Note: When IEM Resource Management is active the Business Central Time Sheet fields are hidden and should not be used.
From the ribbon you can access the following actions:

| Timecards | |
| Timecard calendars | With this action you can link a time calendar to a resource as default or for a specific period with a start - and end date. See also Set up Calendars |
| Timecard templates | With this action you can link a timecard template to a resource as default or for a specific period with a start - and end date. See also Set up Timecard Template |
| Timecard delegation | In Target Type select Resource or Resource Group. In Target No. select either a Resource or Resource Group for which the auhtority to create and maintain timecards is delegated to the current resource. Note: When selecting a Manager for a Resource Group the resource group code will be automatically added to this list. See also Resource Groups |
| Tasks | |
| My Assignments | Shows a list of the assignments for the resource, linking it to a task. |
| My Started Tasks | Shows a list of the tasks started by the resource. |
| Leave Management | |
| Leave Agreements | The leave agreement is the yearly leave allowance for the resource. The agreement has to be renewed yearly and can also have a start and ending date. See Leave Mangement |
| Leave Overview | The leave overview shows the status for the current year, the allowance minus the consumptions. |
| Contract time | |
| Contract time | Shows the Contract Time as calculated for the Resources. Contract Time is the agreed working time for the Resource. Resource Capacity can be based on the contract time. |
| Set Billable Time | Use this action to calculate the contract time for the resource during the specified period. The wizard will select the work hour template as set on the resource card. The same wizard can calculate the capacity as a % of the contract time. |
