IEM - Resource Management
Resource Groups
IEM Resource Groups can be used in budgeting and planning of Jobs as well as in production routings.
Resource Group list
The following additional fields are available:
| Field | Description |

| Job Cost Type Code | You can assign a Job Cost Type to a resource group which will be copied to the Budgeting and Planning lines as default, see Job Cost Type |
| Manager | You can select a resource, type Person, as the manager of the group. The timecard delegation right for the group members will be assigned to the selected resource, see Timecard delegation |
| Base Unit of Measure | Select a base unit of measure for the resource group, note the setting of UOM types, see IEM Units of measure |
| Work Type | Select a default wotk type for the group, see IEM Work Types |
Resource Group card
The Resource Group card will list the members of the group in the lines. From the Resource Group card you can open the Team Manager Timecard worksheet to maintain the timecards for the members of the group.
