Document Management

The STAEDEAN Document Management for Microsoft Dynamics BC manages archiving of BC documents such as orders, invoices, and statements.

You can use the solution independently or in combination with the STAEDEAN Notification Management solution. It can capture email attachments from customers or suppliers. These key documents are stored in an electronic archive and linked automatically to the appropriate transactions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This provides faster access than paper files, saving money and time.
