Job Activities
This page shows the Activities selected for the Job. The Job Activities are selected from the Activity repository
With these Job Activities an activity breakdown structure can be created as an alternative to the standard Job Tasks breakdown or the element breakdown structure based on Job Elements. The Job Activity page can be structured in a similar way as the Job Tasks by using the Job Activity Type (Posting, Heading, Total, Begin-Total and End-Total) where the Totalling field is used as a filter to create (sub)-totals per End-Total and Total fields. The Budget -, Actual -, ETC -, and Forecast Cost fields show the totals for the Job Tasks with the same Job Activity number. The variance -, and progress % are retrieved from the Job Summary
- Variance % = Budget / Forecast
- Progress % = Actuals / Forecast
Note: Once specified for the Job, Job Activities have to be used on all Job Tasks and Job Budget and Job Planning Lines.
