Transport and Deliveries - Delivery Trip Costs

When a Delivery Trip is released, the program checks if cost lines have been created for the Trip. Based on the setting in Transport and Deliveries Setup the user will either be warned or stopped with an error if no cost lines were found.
Transport Costs are added in the same way as in the Transport Order: Adding Transport Order Cost Lines.

When costs need to be specified per Delivery Trip Stop, the costs lines must be created from the Transport Order. When costs are added to the Delivery Trip the assumption is that these costs apply to the entire trip.
