Service Integration - Link Service Items to a Service Object

Use the Service Object page to link Service Items.

Link Service Items from the Service Object

  1. In the Search box, type Service Object.
  2. Select Service Object to open the list of available service objects.
  3. Select the Service Object to link Service Items to and click Edit to open the Service Object card.
  4. Select the Lines fast-tab to add Service Items.
  5. Typically, you must fill the following fields:
Field Description
Type Select Service Item. It is also possible to select Service Object if the current Service Object is a Parent Service Object.
No. and Description Select a Service Item from the drop down list, the Description will be retrieved from the Service Item. Note that only the Service Items for the Customer and Location will be listed.
Project No. and ProjectDescription When the Service Item is linked to a Projectalso the ProjectNo. and ProjectDescription fields will be populated.
