IEM - Advanced Job Management
Project Management and Administration
The project manager is responsible for the Job and needs the proper tools to actually manage the Job. Projects are all about delivering a specific result against specified costs within a specified timeframe. Costs are specified in budgets and timeframes are managed through tasks with starting and ending dates.
Advanced Job Management provides powerful budgeting tools allowing for different versions of the budget, the option to create detail lines or work with resource - or product groups on a less detailed level. Cost - and Activity breakdown structures can be used to create alternative views on the project.
From the budget Estimates to Completion can be calculated which can be combined with actuals and progress percentages to forecast an Estimate at Completion. Forecast Warnings can be set to notify the project manager about possible overruns with the Job
