How to view allergen information on pages
To make allergen presence in Food Manufacturing & Distribution easy to look up, the following is a list of pages and subpages where allergen presence is added as a separate column.
The Allergen present column can contain three different types of values:
- Empty: The item contains no allergens.
- Multiple: The item contains more than one allergen.
- A single allergen code: The item contains (or may contain) only this allergen.
When a value Multiple is shown, you can drill down into a list of the allergens present for that item.
