How To : Link User ID with a Resource

To work with Resource Management the first step is to link the Resource with user. To link a user with a Resource follow the steps mentioned:

1. In the Search box, type for User Setup and select: Departments/Administration/Application Setup/Users
2. The list shows all users that are currently available.
3. To add new line, click on New or double click to Edit any existing user,
4. On the User ID field click on the drill down button to select from the existing users and on the Resource Field click on the drill down to select the Resource from the available Resource list.
