How To : Create Leave Agreements

Use the Leave Agreement page to create leave agreement templates which can be linked to Resources.

Creating Leave Agreement

  1. In the Search box, type Leave Agreement.
  2. Select Leave Agreement to open the list of available leave agreements.
  3. Select New to create a new leave agreement or Edit to modify the selected entry. In both cases the Leave Agrement card opens
  4. Typically, you must fill the following fields:
Field Description
General Identify - and manage the state of the Leave Agreement.
Code and Description Type a code and description for the Leave Agreement.
Status The Status is either Released or Open. The agreement can only be edited in the Open state and only Released Leave Agreements will be selected in Leave Overviews
Lines Specify the Leave Agreement details per Type
Type Nr. of Years from Quantity (Hrs.) Quantity (Days) Description
Holiday NA Type the nr. of Hrs. or Days Type a description
Age Type starting age Type the nr. of Hrs. or Days Type a description
Working Years Type nr. of years of employment Type the nr. of Hrs. or Days Type a description
Scheduled NA Type the nr. of Hrs. or Days Type a description
Special Leave NA Type the nr. of Hrs. or Days Type a description
  1. When complete set the status of the Leave Agreement to Released

Notes

  1. In the lines, typing the number of hrs. will calculate the nr. of days and vv.
  2. To properly calculate the Age leave allowance the Birth Date must be specified on the Resource Card, tab: Personal Data.
  3. To properly calculate the Working Years leave allowance the Employment Date must be specified on the Resource Card, tab: Personal Data.
  4. Scheduled leave means mandatory time off as set by the company.
