How To : Process Leave Journals
Creating the Leave Journal Entries
- In the Search box, type Leave Journal.
- Select Leave Journal to open the Leave Journal.
- On the Action tab in the ribbon click Get Timecard Results .
- On the request page specify the following:
Field | Description |
---|---|
From / To Date | To specify for which period you want to retrieve leave lines |
Leave Consumption | Check if you want to retrieve posted time lines with the type Leave |
Compensation Credits | Check if you want to retrieve Compensation Credits, created through posting the Compensation worksheet. |
Time-for-Time Credits | Check if you want to retrieve Time-for-time Credits, created through posting the Compensation worksheet. |
Note: With the setting Auto Post Leave Journal in Resource Management Setup the leave entries can be posted automatically.
