How To : Confirm the ECO to Engineering

Optionally: Confirm to Engineering
Processing the ECO will move it to the Archived Engineering Change Orders. Optionally an additional connection can be created to confirm (handshake) to engineering that the change has been completed.
Alternatively an export of the Rejected and Approved records from the EC Staging tables can be created to make this handshake.
