How to: Use PDF stationeries for attachments
Use this task when you want to add a PDF template to your attachments in Notification Management.
To use PDF stationeries:
- Make sure the PDF stationery is stored in a network location.
- Create a notification with an Attachment Generator activity, or use an existing notification.
- Edit the properties of the Attachment Generator activity.
- Select the attachment line and select Stationeries.
- On the Stationeries page, for the selected report, enter the Description first.
- Select Import and import the stationery template stored in your network drive. Once imported, the Stationary Defined field is selected.
- Select OK to close the page.
- Process the notification.
- Open the attachment in the output and check the result. The stationery applies automatically.
There are no special settings for the stationery. In some cases, depending on your stationery layout, you may need to adjust your report layouts.
