How to: Set Up Quality Control Technicians

The quality control technicians that are assigned to quality control activities can be set up as codes. You can then use these codes to assign quality control activities to specific testers, as well as record the identity of the technician who performed a particular quality control test.

To set up quality control technicians

1. In the Search box, enter Quality Control Technicians, and then choose the related link.
2. On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
3. On the new line, fill in the fields.
4. Repeat the procedure for each new quality control technician you want to set up. You can set up any number of quality control technicians.
