Average measurements

If multiple quality tests are executed and registered, it is sometimes necessary to have the average results available instead of only separate values. For this, we can use the Average Measurements functionality.

The average measurements information is available from the Lot History page. From that page, in the ribbon in the Navigate tab, select the Quality Control option. On the quality control page that opens, it is possible to go to the Average Measurements page by selecting the button in the ribbon. This page can only be opened when multiple activities for the same lot are registered as pass or fail.

The "Quality Control-Average" page shows the Quality Control activities executed with the additional information on status, who the test was assigned to and the schedule- and completion date. The line page shows the result of the tests for the sepected activity.

The two factboxes show the average result of the tests selected, as well as the individual test-result across all activities for a test selected in the Test Averages factbox. The state is calculated based on the average values vs the targets.

It is possible to print a report of the averages calculated by using the print button.

Finally, it is possible to update the values of the lot specification, by selecting the Update Lot Specification button. When multiple activities are selected, the average value will be updated in the Lot Specification. If only one activity is selected, those values will be passed along to the lot specification record.
