Quality Control Samples
During Quality Control samples are taken to test by a Quality Assurance/Quality Control employee.
A Quality Assurance/Quality Control employee takes a sample from the inventory to test this sample, also known as destructive probe.
As this sample has a value a writeoff from the inventory is needed.
This can be done by a warehouse employee, but this takes extra time and work.
The Quality Control Sample feature let the QA/QC employee write off the sample during their Quality Control Activity.
The following table describes a sequence of tasks, with links to the topics that describe them. These tasks are listed in the order in which they are generally performed.
