How to: Sequence Items for the Price List

You must assign sequence numbers to items if you want them to be displayed on price lists. In addition, an item's sequence number has an impact on the order in which an item is displayed.

To sequence items for the price list

1. In the Search box, enter Item Price List Sequence, and then choose the related link.
2. Determine the sequence in which items should be displayed on price lists by entering numerical values in the Price List Sequence No. field. You can enter the same value for more than one item.
