Business Integration Solutions includes tools that let you monitor all messages.

Using BIS gives your business a full history of processed integrations and lets you analyze messages that encounter an error during inbound or outbound processing.

The Connection page updates with information about the number of messages processed. The fact box on the right (highlighted in the image below) gives an overview of the current status of messages processed by this integration (connection).

About: Edit the message body

The Edit Message action in failed message entries lets users correct or update the data.

For example, if a connection fails because a customer's email is missing, instead of fixing it directly in the master data, users can enter the customer email in the message body using the Edit Message action.

When the user selects Edit Message, the message body displays. After correcting the data and selecting OK, the message processes successfully.
